THE WORKOUT

I just wanted to take a few moments to hopefully inspire you to go to the gym today. We often decide to skip the gym after a long day of work and think we can do it tomorrow, don’t take that cop out. Get off the couch and get you ass to the gym! If I can do it you can do it. I workout 6 times a week and I push myself till I burnout. I can will not be able to lift my arms practically as I walk out of the gym on arm day. It is only one hour a day, that is less than 5% of your entire day! Take a look at some of these really personal pics and let them inspire you. I almost didn’t share them because I am still not where I want to be but if it gets you off the couch well that is why I am doing it. I reached a personal best and go get yours and don’t let anything or anyone stop you from being the bet you can be. Only you can give up but don’t, Winners like us don’t give up! Don’t be a couch potato be a WONDERWOMAN!
