Happy Saturday! So today I wanted to kind of focus on healthy alternatives to sweets. Lets face it we all have cravings from time to time. We have told ourselves over and over that we cant have the piece of cake or any of those cookies, however its been proven that if we say we CAN’T have something our brain releases a hormone that causes us to crave that food until we allow ourselves to have it. I have had the pleasure of speaking to a friend and colleague that has advised me that we need to change our speech, and that in turn will allow us to avoid those cravings a bit easier. However we still will have cravings from time to time so when you click on the picture above you will be taken to a site that has a list of healthier alternatives for those sweets that we don’t eat and want to avoid.
