So this week I have wanted to really reinforce clean eating. You have to know that you can not limit the foods you desire, the moment you do your brain tells you how bad you want that food. There are however foods to avoid because they harm our bodies, essentially certain processed food are poison to our systems and we have ate so much of it that much of America is dying a slow death. You can eat anything you desire as long as it doesn’t come from a box, unprocessed foods are the healthiest and will help you in your transformation.
