So I began doing Insanity and it is hard, it is intense, but it is a GREAT workout. If you want to burn fat and build muscle all at the same time you have to try this. YOU have to STICK with it, it is hard but the more you do it the easier it will get and the more reps you will be able to do. This is one of the BEST workouts out there. I am going to keep going and have an INSANE body when I finish!! Hope you give it a try!
