There will be tested in every facet of our life. If we succeed or fail will be up to us. Do we allow people to tempt us, allow others to get us off track? Of course not, but then there is that voice deep inside that will try to talk you into taking the easy road, well guess what there is NO easy road. We have to work for what we want in this life. I want to be healthy, do you? Do NOT let anyone including yourself tell you there is an easier way. Do the work it is just a fraction of your time here, reap the rewards for a nice healthy long life.
