So I tried this Yoga workout and yes it is somewhat difficult, however it is something that you can work through. Just like our friend Arthur the veteran that couldn’t hardly walk and began yoga to not only walk again but run. Yoga is forgiving and the more you do it, the more you try the poses the better you will get and the easier it will get. Yoga will increase your flexibility and strength as well as help you drop weight. Give it a try, do it as best you can and don’t give up. The more you do it the easier it will become.
