Good evening and I sincerely apologize for not keep up this past week. I promise to you my reader to be more diligent and supportive in my posting. Tonight I want to talk about keeping yourself motivated and getting a good workout in 3 to 5 times a week. If you have a large amount of weight to lose like I do, its good to get a good 45 minutes to an hour workout in everyday. I did this video twice today. It isn’t that hard of a workout but you will definitely feel it and it will burn some calories. IT combines cardio and strength training too. IT is only about twenty minutes long and so it is a really good video to being with. There is a level two for the more advanced. One thing I want to mention is to remind you to not do the same workout everyday, switch it up. There are a ton of cardio videos on YouTube. Look for HITT training, it will combine different combinations that will work large muscle groups with smaller ones in small intervals along with cardio so that you get the most fat burning potential in your workout. Also look for mini cross fit workouts. I have one that I love. IT will work your whole body, especially your arms and legs. It takes thirty reps beginning with 25 squats and 5 pushups, then moving to 20 squats and 10 pushups, 15 squats and 15 pushups, 10 squats and 20 pushups, 5 squats ad 25 pushups. If you feel really adventurous after you finish that go backwards with 25 pushups and 5 squats, 20 pushups and 10 squats, and so on till you have did the routine twice forwards and backwards. This is really get your warmed up and will even make for a decent small workout for when you first get up in the morning. Whatever you do get your heart rate up, get your cardio in, stay motivated and GET IT IN!
