Good Evening, just wanted to talk some time to share my morning breakfast with you ladies. This recipe is quick, easy, and ohhh so yummy! The one thing to remember is that the smoothie is only 280 calories and it gives you a nice tall glass of breakfast that will keep you satisfied well after lunch time. You can always add a scoop of protein powder and it will hold you till dinner but I do not suggest you skip meals, that is unless you are accustomed to only two meals per day. The one suggestion I would make is that you use fresh berries that you freeze yourself or if you use a bagged frozen fruit make sure it is all natural, no preservatives.
